حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَی بْنِ الْمُتَوَکِّلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ الْحُسَیْنِ السَّعْدَآبَادِیُّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عِدَّهٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ عَلِیِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِی حَمَّادٍ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ:
قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لِعِیسَی ابْنِ مَرْیَمَ ع یَا عِیسَی لِیَکُنْ لِسَانُکَ فِی السِّرِّ وَ الْعَلَانِیَهِ لِسَاناً وَاحِداً وَ کَذَلِکَ قَلْبُکَ احْذَرْ نَفْسَکَ وَ کَفَی بِی خَبِیراً لَا یَصْلُحُ لِسَانَانِ فِی فَمٍ وَاحِدٍ وَ لَا سَیْفَانِ فِی غِمْدٍ وَاحِدٍ وَ لَا قَلْبَانِ فِی صَدْرٍ وَاحِدٍ وَ کَذَلِکَ الْأَذْهَانُ.
5. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Musa b. al-Mutawakil who said it was narrated to me by Ali b. al-Hussain al-Sa’dabadi from Ahmad b. Abi Abdillah who said it was narrated to me by a number of our companions from Ali b. Asbat from Abdulrahman b. Abi Hamad who raised it to who said:
The Almighty Allah told Prophet Isa , “O Isa! Your heart and tongue should be united. I would like to make you aware that there can be no two tongues in one mouth much in the same way as two swords cannot be kept in a single sheath. Similarly two hearts cannot be present in one chest. Same is the case with mind and memory.”
