أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ بَزِیعٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُذَافِرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ:
صَدَقَهُ الْعَلَانِیَهِ تَدْفَعُ سَبْعِینَ نَوْعاً مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ وَ صَدَقَهُ السِّرِّ تُطْفِئُ غَضَبَ الرَّبِّ.
1. My father 
said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ahmad b. Muhammad from Ismail b. Bazee’ from Muhammad b. Adhafir from Umar b. Yazid from Abi Abdillah 
who said:
“A Sadaqah given openly keeps away seventy calamities and giving Sadaqah secretly cools Allah’s anger.”
