حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ یَزِیدَ الْعَبْدِیُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی غُنْدَرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَیْبٌ عَنْ نَوْبَهَ الصَّیْمَرِیِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَهَ عَنْ أَبِی سَلَمَهَ
أَنَّ النَّبِیَّ ص لَمْ یَکُنْ یَصُومُ مِنَ السَّنَهِ شَهْراً تَامّاً إِلَّا شَعْبَانَ یَصِلُ بِهِ رَمَضَانَ.
15. The narrator says that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) did not use to fast for a whole month except in Shaban, which he used to link with Ramadan.
