6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Sayf ibn ‘Umayrah from a man from abu Ja’far (a.s) who has said the following: “Whoever reads Chapter 97 of the Holy Quran aloud, he is considered as one unsheathing his sword in the way of Allah, whoever reads it silently he is considered as one who has been socked with his own blood in the way of Allah and whoever reads it ten times, about one thousand of his sins will be forgiven.”
