2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام)
يَا إِسْحَاقُ خَفِ الله كَأَنَّكَ تَرَاهُ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ لا تَرَاهُ فَإِنَّهُ يَرَاكَ فَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَرَى أَنَّهُ لا يَرَاكَ فَقَدْ كَفَرْتَ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ يَرَاكَ ثُمَّ بَرَزْتَ لَهُ بِالْمَعْصِيَةِ فَقَدْ جَعَلْتَهُ مِنْ أَهْوَنِ النَّاظِرِينَ عَلَيْكَ.
2. Muhammad ibn al-Hassan has narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Yahya ibn al- Mubarak from ‘Abd Allah ibn Jabala from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following:
“Once Abu ‘Abdillah said, ‘O Ishaq, have fear of Allah as if you see Him. Even if you do not see Him He sees you. If you think that He does not see you, you have certainly rejected belief. If you believe that He sees you and you disobey Him you have considered Him as the most insignificant observer.”’
