2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from ibn Muskan from abu Basir from Abu ‘Abdillah who has said the following:
“If anyone of our Shi’a (followers) comes to his brother (in belief) for help and does not help him while he is able to help, Allah will make him help other people of our enemies and on the Day of Judgment Allah will punish him for such help.”
