3-129 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Abdullah ibn Ja’far al-Homayry quoted Muhammad ibn al-Hussein ibn Abil-Khat’tab, on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Mahboob, on the authority of Malik ibn Atiye, on the authority of Anbast ibn Mus’ab that he had heard Aba Abdullah as-Sadiq (MGB) say,

“There are three things that God has not given anyone any excuse not to do:1- Return what you are entrusted with whether it belongs to a good-doer or a wicked man.2- Fulfill your promise whether to a good-doer or a wicked man,3- Treat your parents kindly whether they are good-doers or wicked ones.”
