27. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from abu ‘Aqil ‘Isa ibn Nasr who has said the following. “Ali ibn Ziyad al-Saynari wrote a letter to request for a shroud. He (al-Mahdi wrote back to him, “You will need it in the year eighty.” He died in the year eighty and the shroud was sent to him a few days before his death.”
