14. It is narrated from Ali ibn Ibrahim from his father from al-Rayyan ibn al-Salt who has said the following. “I heard Imam al-Rida عليه السلام saying, “Allah never sent a prophet without the law that prohibits the use of wine and without belief in al-Bada.’”
