4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hajjal form Tha‘labah ibn Maymun from Zurarah bin A'yan, who said:
"I asked Abu Abdullah about the verse of Allah, 'His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth.' (Quran 2:255) Is it the heavens and the earth that extend over the Kursi, or is it the Kursi that extends over the heavens and the earth?" He replied: "It is al-Kursi that extends over the heavens، the earth, and the Throne. The Kursi encompasses everything."
