قوله عليه السلام: لا يقضي شهر رمضان في عشر ذي الحجة. المراد به إذا كان حاجا لانه مسافر، ولا يجوز للمسافر أن يقضي شهر رمضان إلا أن يقيم أو يعزم على المقام في بلد عشرة ايام، والذي يدل على ما ذكرناه ما قدمناه من جواز قضاء شهر رمضان في ذي الحجة فاما ما يدل على انه لا يجوز أن يقضي شهر رمضان في السفر ما رواه:
The statement of Imam عليه السلام, peace be upon him: “The month of Ramadan is not made up during the ten days of Dhul Hijjah.” What is intended by it is if he is performing Hajj, because he is a traveller, and it is not permissible for a traveller to make up the month of Ramadan unless he resides or resolves to stay in a town for ten days. What indicates what we have mentioned is what we have already presented regarding the permissibility of making up the month of Ramadan in Dhul Hijjah. As for what indicates that it is not permissible to make up the month of Ramadan while travelling, it is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
