واما ما ذكره رحمه الله من حكم النذر في حال السفر فقد بيناه فيما تقدم في باب احكام المسافرين واشبعنا القول فيه فلا وجه لاعادته في هذا المكان.

As for what Shaykh, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, mentioned regarding the ruling of a vow in the state of travel, we have explained it previously in the chapter on the ‘rulings of travellers’, and we have treated the discussion of it fully, so there is no reason to repeat it in this place.
