وهذا الخبر قد قدمناه فيما مضى وليس بين هذه الرواية والروايتين الاولتين تناقض لان الكفارة انما تلزم بحسب احوال المفطرين، فمن تمكن من عتق رقبة يجب عليه ذلك، ومن لم يتمكن من ذلك وتمكن من اطعام سبعة مساكين اخرجه، وان لم يتمكن من ذلك ايضا يقضي ذلك اليوم وليس عليه شئ وهذا كما بيناه فيمن افطر يوما من شهر رمضان على العمد دون الخطأ وحكم النذر حكمه على ما بيناه.
This report we have already presented previously, and there is no contradiction between this narration and the first two narrations, because the expiation only becomes binding according to the conditions of those who break the fast. Whoever is able to free a slave, that is obligatory upon him. Whoever is not able to do that but is able to feed seven poor people, he should give that out. And if he is also not able to do that, he makes up that day, and nothing is upon him. This is as we explained regarding one who deliberately breaks the fast for a day of the month of Ramadan, not by mistake, and the ruling of a vow is its ruling, as we have explained.
