قال الشيخ رحمه الله:) ولا زكاة في الدين إلا أن يكون تأخيره من جهة مالكه( يدل على ذلك ما رواه:
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, said: “There is no zakat on debt (dayn), unless its delay is from the side of its owner.” What indicates that is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
