قال الشيخ رحمه الله:) واعلم ارشدك الله إن ما قدمته في هذا الباب من الرخصة في تناول الخمس بالتصرف فيه انما ورد في المناكح خاصة للعلة التي سلف ذكرها في الآثار عن الائمه عليهم السلام لتطيب ولادة شيعتهم، ولم يرد في الاموال، وما اخرته عن المتقدم مما جاء في التشديد في الخمس والاستبداد به فهو مختص بالاموال(. يدل على هذا ما رواه:
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, said: "Know, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى guide you, that what I have presented earlier in this chapter regarding the concession in taking the fifth (al-khums) by disposing of it was only reported concerning matrimonial matters (al-manakih) specifically, due to the reason previously mentioned in the reports from the Imams عليه السلام, peace be upon them, so that the birth of their Shia may be pure. It was not reported concerning wealth. And what I have delayed from what came earlier regarding strictness concerning the fifth (al-khums) and taking exclusive possession of it is specific to wealth." What indicates this is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
