فالاصل في هذا الخبر أبو خديجة وإن تكرر في الكتب ولم يروه غيره، ويحتمل أن يكون أراد عليه السلام حال الضرورة دون حال الاختيار لانا قد بينا ان في حال الضرورة مباح لهم ذلك ويكون وجه اختصاص الائمة عليهم السلام منهم بالذكر في الخبر ان الائمة عليهم السلام لا يضطرون إلى أكل الزكوات والتقوت بها، وغيرهم من بني عبد المطلب قد يضطرون إلى ذلك وأما الخبر الذي رواه:
The basis of this report is Abu Khadijah, even if it is repeated in the books, and no one other than him narrated it. It is possible that the Imam عليه السلام, peace be upon him, intended the state of necessity, not the state of choice, because we have already clarified that in the state of necessity this is permissible for them. The reason for specifically mentioning the Imams عليه السلام, peace be upon them, from among them in the report is that the Imams عليه السلام, peace be upon them, are not compelled to consume zakats and sustain themselves by them, whereas others from Banu Abd al-Muttalib may be compelled to that.
