قال الشيخ رحمه الله:) وإذا جاء وقت الزكاة فعدم عنده مستحق الزكاة عزلها عن جملة ما له الى ان يجد من يستحقها(. يدل على ذلك ما رواه:
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, said: “When the time of zakat arrives and he does not have anyone entitled to zakat, he should set it aside from the totality of his wealth until he finds one who is entitled to it.” That which indicates this is what he narrated (in the following hadith):
