فهذا خبر شاذ لا نعمل عليه لانا قد بينا ان المغرب لا يقصر فيها فمن قصر كان عليه الاعادة
This is an anomalous report which we do not act upon, because we have already explained that the Maghrib prayer is not shortened, so whoever shortens it is required to repeat it.
