لان ما يتضمن هذا الخبر من الامر بالاعادة بعد انقضاء الوقت في ذلك اليوم فمحمول على الاستحباب وما تضمن الخبر الاول مادام الوقت باقيا محمول على الوجوب
Because what this report contains of commanding repetition after the time of that day has passed, is to be understood as recommended (mustahabb). And what the first report contains, so long as the time remains, is to be understood as obligatory (wajib).
