قال الشيخ رحمه الله وأولى الناس بالصلاة على الميت أولا هم بميراثه إلى آخر الباب
The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him, said: “The one most entitled to perform the prayer (Salat Al Mayyit) over the deceased, is the one who is most entitled to inherit from him” until the end of the chapter.
