ومن شك فلم يعلم صلى واحدة أم ثنتين أو ثلاثا أو أربعا وجب عليه اعادة الصلاة لانه لم تسلم له الركعتان الاولتان وقد دللنا على ان من لم تسلم له الركعتان الاولتان وجب عليه أن يستأنف الصلاة ويدل عليه أيضا ما رواه
And whoever doubts and does not know whether he has prayed one rak‘ah, or two, or three, or four, it is obligatory upon him to repeat the prayer, because the first two rak‘ahs are not established for him. And we have already demonstrated that whoever does not have certainty regarding the first two rak‘ahs must begin the prayer anew. This is also supported by what was narrated:
