قوله كل ما اكل لحمه يتوضأ بسؤره ويشرب يدل على ان كل ما لا يؤكل لحمه لا يجوز التوضؤ به والشرب منه، لانه إذا شرط في استباحة سؤره أن يؤكل لحمه دل على أن ما عداه بخلافه، ويجري هذا مجرى.
