وكان مما يدوم عليه قل هو الله أحد، فكان إذا قرأ إحدى هذه السور جلس جلسة كجلسة العجلان، ثم ينهض، وهو عليه السلام كان أول من حفظ عليه الجلسة بين الخطبتين ثم يخطب بالخطبة التي كتبناها بعد الجمعة.
