فإنه يعني به إذا كان لا يخاف فوات خروج الوقت أتم وإن خاف خروج الوقت قصر، وتصديق ذلك:
Indeed, it means that if there is no fear of the time passing, he should complete it. But if there is fear of the time passing, he should shorten it. And the proof for this is: (in the next hadith)
