قال مصنف هذا الكتاب رحمه الله: يعني بذلك إذا أراد المقام في قراه وأرضه عشرة أيام ومتى لم يرد المقام بها عشرة أيام قصر إلا أن يكون لها به منزل يكون فيه في السنة ستة أشهر، فإن كان كذلك أتم متى دخلها، وتصديق ذلك:
The compiler of this book, may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy upon him, added: This applies if he intends to stay in his village or land for ten days. If he does not intend to stay for ten days, he should shorten the prayer unless he has a residence there where he stays for six months of the year; in that case, he should complete the prayer whenever he enters it.
