ولا يجوز الوضوء بسؤر اليهودي والنصراني وولد الزنا والمشرك وكل من خالف الاسلام، وأشد من ذلك سؤر الناصب. وماء الحمام سبيله سبيل الماء الجاري إذا كانت له مادة.
It is not permissible to perform ablution with the leftover water of a Jew, a Christian, someone born out of wedlock, a polytheist, or anyone who opposes Islam. Even more prohibited is the leftover water of a nasibi (one hostile to the family of the Prophet). The water of a public bath is treated like flowing water if it has a continuous source.
