عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمَّادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الْعَقِيقَةِ عَلَى الْمُوسِرِ وَ الْمُعْسِرِ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى مَنْ لَا يَجِدُ شَيْءٌ .
1. Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from Salih ibn abu Hammad from Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah from Safwan from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about ‘Aqiqah for one who is affluent and one who is poor. He (the Imam) said, ’It is not necessary for one who cannot find anything.’”
