1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ عَلَى أَنَّهَا بِكْرٌ فَيَجِدُهَا ثَيِّباً أَيَجُوزُ لَهُ أَنْ يُقِيمَ عَلَيْهَا قَالَ فَقَالَ قَدْ تُفْتَقُ الْبِكْرُ مِنَ الْمَرْكَبِ وَمِنَ النَّزْوَةِ.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from Sa‘d ibn Sa‘d from Muhammad ibn al-Qasim ibn Fudayl who has said the following: “About the case of a man who marries a woman as a virgin but finds that she is not virgin; if it is permissible to live with her, abu al-Hassan has said, ‘At certain times it is torn because of riding or jumping.’” 

2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَزَّكٍ قَالَ كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ جَارِيَةً بِكْراً فَوَجَدَهَا ثَيِّباً هَلْ يَجِبُ لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ وَافِياً أَمْ يُنْتَقَصُ قَالَ يُنْتَقَصُ. 

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Ja’far from Muhammad ibn Jazzak who has said the following: “I once wrote to abu al-Hassan (a.s.), and asked about the case of a man who married a virgin girl but found out that she was not virgin if it was obligatory to pay complete mahr (dower) or less. He (the Imam) answered, ‘It is less.’”
