Al-Kāfi

1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِلا مِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحِ مِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Marriage is of three conditions: It is with right for inheritance, or without the right for inheritance, or it is marriage with the right of ownership.’”

2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِلا مِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-‘ Abbas ibn Musa from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from al- Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Marriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.’”

3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِلا مِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from al-Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Marriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.’”
