1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ زَرْعاً أَخْضَرَ ثُمَّ تَتْرُكَهُ حَتَّى تَحْصُدَهُ إِنْ شِئْتَ أَوْ تَعْلِفَهُ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُسَنْبِلَ وَهُوَ حَشِيشٌ وَقَالَ لا بَأْسَ أَيْضاً أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ زَرْعاً قَدْ سَنْبَلَ وَبَلَغَ بِحِنْطَةٍ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful to buy a plantation when it is green, then leave it until the harvest time, if you like or use it for animal feed before wheat ears appear when it is only grass.’ He (the Imam) has said, ‘It is not unlawful to buy plantations in which the ears have appeared and wheat has formed.’”
