عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ اِبْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ اَلْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: فِي اَلْمُغْمَى عَلَيْهِ قَالَ« مَا غَلَبَ اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فَاللَّهُ أَوْلَى بِالْعُذْرِ»
Ali ibn Ibrahim from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn al-Bukhtari from Abu Abdillah (a.s), peace be upon him, who said: I heard Imam al-Sadiq (a.s) say, regarding one who is unconscious; Imam (a.s) said: “Whatever Allah (swt) has caused to overcome him (for him to faint), then Allah (swt) is more entitled to excuse.”
