رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ تَرَكَ أَبَوَيْهِ قَالَ "لِلْأُمِّ اَلثُّلُثُ وَ لِلْأَبِ اَلثُّلُثَانِ".
Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Ali ibn Ri'ab from Zurara from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (a.s) regarding a man who passed away and left behind his parents. Imam (a.s) said: "The mother receives one-third, and the father receives two-thirds."
