٤٢٩. وَقَالَ (عليه ‏السلام): إِنَّ أَعْظَمَ الْحَسَرَاتِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ حَسْرَةُ رَجُلٍ كَسَبَ مَالًا فِي غَيْرِ طَاعَةِ اللهِ، فَوَرَّثَهُ رَجُلٌ فَأنْفَقَهُ فِي طَاعَةِ اللهِ سُبْحَانَهُ، فَدَخَلَ بِهِ الْجَنَّةَ، وَدَخَلَ الْأَوَّلُ بِهِ النَّارَ.

429. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: On the Day of Judgement the greatest regret will be felt by the man who earned wealth through sinful ways, although it is inherited by a person who spends it in obeying Allāh, the Glorified, and he will be awarded Paradise on that account while the first one will go into the Fire on account of it.

429. Le plus grand soupir au Jour du Jugement est celui d’un homme qui a acquis de l’argent en désobéissant à Dieu et qui a été hérité par un homme qui l’a dépensé dans l’obéissance de Dieu et, par conséquent, est entré dans le Paradis tandis que le premier est voué au Feu.
