حدثنا محمد بن علي ماجيلويه - رضي الله عنه - قال: حدثني عمى محمد بن أبي القاسم، عن محمد بن علي الكوفي، عن ابن فضال عن المعلى بن خنيس، قال: سمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول: ليس الناصب من نصب لنا أهل البيت لأنك لا تجد أحدا يقول: أنا أبغض محمدا وآل محمد، ولكن الناصب من نصب لكم وهو يعلم أنكم تتولونا أو تتبرؤون من أعدائنا، وقال عليه السلام: من أشبع عدوا لنا فقد قتل وليا لنا.

We were told by Muhammed bin Ali Majilawayh, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said: I was told by my paternal uncle, Muhammed bin Abi’l-Qasem, from Muhammed bin Ali al-Kufi, from Ibn Faddal, from Mu’alla bin Khunais, that he said: I heard Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him, say: The nasib is not the one who is hostile to us, the Household, because you do not find anyone saying: «I hate Muhammed and the Family of Muhammed», however, the nasib is the one who is hostile to you, while he knows that you befriend us or dissociate yourselves from our enemies. He, peace be upon him, also said: The one who satisfies an enemy to us, has certainly killed an ally of us.
