كَلَّا

لَئِن

لَّمْ

يَنتَهِ

لَنَسْفَعًا

بِالنَّاصِيَةِ

kallā la-ʾin lam yantahi la-nasfaʿan bi-n-nāṣiyati

No indeed! If he does not cease, We shall seize him by the forelock,

— Ali Quli Qarai

Let him beware! If he desist not, We will drag him by the forelock,-
