ثُمَّ

رَدَدْنَاهُ

أَسْفَلَ

سَافِلِينَ

thumma radadnāhu ʾasfala sāfilīna

then We relegated him to the lowest of the low,

— Ali Quli Qarai

Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,-
