فَأَمَّا

مَنْ

أَعْطَى

وَاتَّقَى

fa-ʾammā man ʾaʿṭā wa-ttaqā

As for him who gives and is Godwary

— Ali Quli Qarai

So he who gives (in charity) and fears (Allah),
