التوبة
al-Tawbah (Repentance)
ٱلتَّوْبَة
9:70
أَلَمْ
يَأْتِهِمْ
نَبَأُ
الَّذِينَ
مِن
قَبْلِهِمْ
قَوْمِ
نُوحٍ
وَعَادٍ
وَثَمُودَ
وَقَوْمِ
إِبْرَاهِيمَ
وَأَصْحَابِ
مَدْيَنَ
وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتِ
أَتَتْهُمْ
رُسُلُهُم
بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ
فَمَا
كَانَ
اللَّهُ
لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ
وَلَكِن
كَانُوا
أَنفُسَهُمْ
يَظْلِمُونَ
ʾa-lam yaʾtihim nabaʾu lladhīna min qablihim qawmi nūḥin wa-ʿādin wa-thamūda wa-qawmi ʾibrāhīma wa-ʾaṣḥābi madyana wa-l-muʾtafikāti ʾatathum rusuluhum bi-l-bayyināti fa-mā kāna llāhu li-yaẓlimahum wa-lākin kānū ʾanfusahum yaẓlimūna
Have they not heard the stories of the people of Noah, the tribe of Ad, Thamud, the people of Abraham, the dwellers of the city of Midian, and those of the Subverted Cities? God's Messengers came to each of them with miracles. God did not do any injustice to them, but they wronged themselves.
