الممتحنة
al-Mumtaḥanah (The Woman Tested)
ٱلْمُمْتَحَنَة
60:13
يَا أَيُّهَا
الَّذِينَ
آمَنُوا
لَا
تَتَوَلَّوْا
قَوْمًا
غَضِبَ
اللَّهُ
عَلَيْهِمْ
قَدْ
يَئِسُوا
مِنَ
الْآخِرَةِ
كَمَا
يَئِسَ
الْكُفَّارُ
مِنْ
أَصْحَابِ
الْقُبُورِ
yā-ʾayyuhā lladhīna ʾāmanū lā tatawallaw qawman ghaḍiba llāhu ʿalayhim qad yaʾisū mina l-ʾākhirati ka-mā yaʾisa l-kuffāru min ʾaṣḥābi l-qubūri
Believers, do not establish friendship with the people who have become subject to the wrath of God. They do not have any hope in the life to come, just as the disbelievers have no hope in those who are in their graves.
