يُعْرَفُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَاهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِالنَّوَاصِي وَالْأَقْدَامِ

The guilty will be recognized by their mark; so they will be seized by their forelocks and feet.
