ٱلشُّورىٰ
42:33
إِن
يَشَأْ
يُسْكِنِ
الرِّيحَ
فَيَظْلَلْنَ
رَوَاكِدَ
عَلَى
ظَهْرِهِ
إِنَّ
فِي
ذَلِكَ
لَآيَاتٍ
لِّكُلِّ
صَبَّارٍ
شَكُورٍ
ʾin yashaʾ yuskini r-rīḥa fa-yaẓlalna rawākida ʿalā ẓahrihī ʾinna fī dhālika la-ʾāyātin li-kulli ṣabbārin shakūrin
Had He wanted, He could have stopped the wind and let the ships remain motionless on the surface of the sea, in this there is evidence (of the Truth) for all those who are patient and grateful,
