يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا

He makes them promises and gives them [false] hopes, yet Satan does not promise them anything but delusion.
