اللَّهُ
خَالِقُ

وَهُوَ
عَلَى
كُلِّ

وَكِيلٌ
allāhu khāliqu kulli shayʾin wa-huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin wakīlun
Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Guardian and Disposer of all affairs.
