al-Zumar (The Throngs)
ٱلزُّمَر
39:60
وَيَوْمَ
الْقِيَامَةِ
تَرَى
الَّذِينَ
كَذَبُوا
عَلَى
اللَّهِ
وُجُوهُهُم
مُّسْوَدَّةٌ
أَلَيْسَ
فِي
جَهَنَّمَ
مَثْوًى
لِّلْمُتَكَبِّرِينَ
wa-yawma l-qiyāmati tarā lladhīna kadhabū ʿalā llāhi wujūhuhum muswaddatun ʾa-laysa fī jahannama mathwan li-l-mutakabbirīna
On the Day of Judgment you will see the faces of those who had invented falsehood against God blackened. Is not hell the dwelling of the arrogant ones?
