الزمر
al-Zumar (The Throngs)
ٱلزُّمَر
39:26
فَأَذَاقَهُمُ
اللَّهُ
الْخِزْيَ
فِي
الْحَيَاةِ
الدُّنْيَا
وَلَعَذَابُ
الْآخِرَةِ
أَكْبَرُ
لَوْ
كَانُوا
يَعْلَمُونَ
fa-ʾadhāqahumu llāhu l-khizya fī l-ḥayāti d-dunyā wa-la-ʿadhābu l-ʾākhirati ʾakbaru law kānū yaʿlamūna
God made them suffer humiliation in this life. Would that they knew that the torment for them in the next life will be even greater.
