تَنزِيلُ
الْكِتَابِ
مِنَ
اللَّهِ
الْعَزِيزِ
الْحَكِيمِ
tanzīlu l-kitābi mina llāhi l-ʿazīzi l-ḥakīmi
The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, the All-wise.
