فَسَخَّرْنَا

لَهُ

الرِّيحَ

تَجْرِي

بِأَمْرِهِ

رُخَاءً

حَيْثُ

أَصَابَ

fa-sakhkharnā lahu r-rīḥa tajrī bi-ʾamrihī rukhāʾan ḥaythu ʾaṣāba

We made the wind subservient to him, to blow gently wherever he desired at his command
