ٱلصَّافَّات

37:30

وَمَا

كَانَ

لَنَا

عَلَيْكُم

مِّن

سُلْطَانٍ

بَلْ

كُنتُمْ

قَوْمًا

طَاغِينَ

wa-mā kāna lanā ʿalaykum min sulṭānin bal kuntum qawman ṭāghīna

We had no authority over you, in fact, you were a rebellious people.
