تَنزِيلَ

الْعَزِيزِ

الرَّحِيمِ

tanzīla l-ʿazīzi r-raḥīmi

[It is a scripture] sent down gradually from the All-mighty, the All-merciful

It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful.
