Yā Sīn (Ya Sin)

يس

36:43

وَإِن

نَّشَأْ

نُغْرِقْهُمْ

فَلَا

صَرِيخَ

لَهُمْ

وَلَا

هُمْ

يُنقَذُونَ

wa-ʾin nashaʾ nughriqhum fa-lā ṣarīkha lahum wa-lā hum yunqadhūna

Had We wanted, We could have drowned them and nothing would have been able to help or rescue them

Yā Sīn (Ya Sin)

يس

And if

وَإِن

We will

نَّشَأْ

We could drown them

نُغْرِقْهُمْ

then not

فَلَا

(would be) a responder to a cry

صَرِيخَ

for them

لَهُمْ

and not

وَلَا

they

هُمْ

would be saved

يُنقَذُونَ

wa-ʾin nashaʾ nughriqhum fa-lā ṣarīkha lahum wa-lā hum yunqadhūna
